The Musical Instrument Museum hosts a family-friendly day of American Jazz music and Caribbean masquerade traditions.
Guests could see exhibit tours, create festive masquerade masks, see Jazz performances and a Junkanoo festival.
Junkanoo is a colorful and lively street parade that runs through towns across the Bahamas every Boxing Day and New Year's Day.
The event is similar to Mardi Gras and Carnival, but with a Bahamian flair.
FOX 10's Gayle Jansen reports.
