The University of North Carolina finished number one, followed by Virginia and the University Of Florida.
The University of Illinois finished 43rd on the list.
Other interesting notes in the report, only 66% of students at Illinois graduate in four years. The average Illinois grad leaves school with $23,000 in debt.
