PHOENIX -
A man was shot Friday morning after confronting a suspect who allegedly stole his trailer.
Police say a man spotted a trailer that was stolen from his home attached to a truck near 35th Avenue and Bethany Home Road.
He confronted the driver and was shot in the chest.
The victim was taken to Maricopa Medical Center and his injuries are considered non life-threatening.
The suspect drove away from the scene. The trailer was found abandoned without the truck at 35th Ave and Missouri. The shooter has not yet been located.
