PHILADELPHIA -

Wind-driven rain greeted commuters Friday morning as they began their drive to work. The rain is moving out of our area, but sporadic flooding conditions remain.

Fox 29 Photographer Tina Hogate captured some major flooding down by Penns Landing on Delaware Avenue.

FOX 29's Steve Keeley was talking to truckers in Deepwater, N.J, who reported that driving conditions are not good. The winds are blowing their rigs all over the road, they said.

Crashes involving jack-knifed tractor-trailers were slowing portions of the Vine Street Expressway and southbound Interstate 95 closed in Philadelphia early Friday morning.
