Authorities have identified the body of a man found near a ranch in Tolleson, southwest of Phoenix.
Maricopa County Sheriff's officials say the man is 43-year-old Hector Sanchez Duque of Phoenix.
His body was discovered last Friday in a roadway with his hands and feet tied behind his back.
Sheriff's detectives say it appears Duque was killed and his body was dumped on an access road near 119th Avenue and Southern Avenue.
Duque resided in Phoenix and had no known ties to the location his body was found.
The medical examiner will determine the cause of death.
