It looks like if you want medical marijuana in Arizona, you'll have to pay in cash -- because federal regulators are now telling federally-backed banks to stay away.
Arizona Organix, the first medical marijuana dispensary to open in the valley, says the banks won't do business with them or any other state dispensary because pot remains illegal under federal law.
This also includes checking accounts and credit card machines.
Dispensaries say being a cash-only business poses serious security issues.
