Andres MendozaA valley school bus aide is due in court Monday morning and he's expected to change his plea in a child molestation case.
71-year-old Andres Mendoza pleaded not guilty to several counts of molestation and sexual misconduct with a minor.
Prosecutors say he was abusing an 11-year-old special needs student on a school bus back in July 2011.
Detectives from the Family Investigations Bureau Child Crimes Unit pulled video surveillance from inside the bus.
The
video allegedly revealed Mendoza fondling the
victim's breasts both over and under her clothing -- and reaching into
the victim's pants.
Police say the abuse happened while other Washington School District children were on board the bus.
