14-Year-Old in Stable Condition After Being Shot In Lawncrest

Philadelphia Police are investigating a shooting of a 14-year-old girl.

The shooting happened shortly before 10:00 Saturday night, on the 500 block of Rosalie Street in Lawncrest section of the city.

Police were originally called to the 500 block of Cheltenham Avenue for reports of a person with a gun. 

Upon arrival, police found the 14-year-old laying on Rosalie Street after being shot in both the leg and chest.

She was taken to Einstein Hospital where she is currently listed in stable condition.

No arrests have been made.
