DECATUR, Ga. (AP) - Authorities are searching for a 22-year-old man who was sentenced to 10 years in prison and was mistakenly released from a county jail.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution (http://bit.ly/VblC6U ) reports Joel Ledarius Harper was accidentally released from the DeKalb County Jail in Decatur on Nov. 21.

Officials say an administrative error led to Harper's accidental release.

The newspaper reports Harper was convicted in August of 2 counts of armed robbery and one count of aggravated assault.

Tipsters with information on Harper's whereabouts are asked to call the sheriff's office at 404-298-8200.
