Jessica Phillips considers herself Britney Spears' number 1 fan. She's pretty close-- Phillips was one of the few to be named a "Britney Spears Super Fan."
Phillips submitted videos about her devotion and love for Spears and eventually won a trip to L.A. to shoot a video with the popstar.
The super fan talked to FOX 10 about her experience of a lifetime.
