According to the Coconino County Sheriff's Office, Joshua Dale Riggs of Moab fell about 80 feet while climbing about 40 miles outside Flagstaff.
Authorities say they received a 911 call Monday afternoon from a woman who reported that her boyfriend had fallen and was seriously injured.
