Woman charged with stealing more than $10K from Grayslake PTO

CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) -

A Grayslake woman has been charged with stealing more than $10,000 from a school's parent teacher organization.

Elizabeth Bako, 41, is accused of stealing $10,000-$100,000 from the Frederick School PTO between April of 2011 and May of 2012.

She has been charged with two counts of theft and two counts of using a debit card with intent to defraud.

Bako is due back in court next week.
