UPDATE: Police have located the man depicted in the sketch and determined he is not connected to the case.

The New York State Police and the Hyde Park Police Department do not believe the person seen near a mobile home in Hyde Park where a woman was found dead Thursday has anything to do with the crime.

Authorities say the body of Laurie Ferguson was found in her Mobile Manor Trailer Park Home. Ferguson's vehicle was recovered Friday on Reservoir Road in the Town of Hyde Park.

A composite sketch was provided by authorities of a man who was seen in the area on Reservoir Road on November 23. Police located that man, interviewed him, and determined he had nothing to do with the case.

Anyone who can identify the person of interest or has information is asked to call the New York State Police at 845-876-4049 or 845-677-7300.
