FULTON COUNTY, Ga. -

The Development Authority of Fulton County's financing helped change the Atlanta skyline, but some have questioned how this government entity spends the money they make on those deals.

FOX 5 senior I-Team reporter Dale Russell began following the money when someone casually mentioned we should look at the government group's spending.     

The FOX 5 I-Team investigation discovered 1,000 board lunches, $50,000 Christmas parties and more.
