FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. -

A 35-year-old man was arrested for allegedly attacking his two roommates with a knife on Sunday.

Flagstaff police say Hank Johnson got angry with his roommates, walked into their bedroom and came at them with a knife.

Witnesses say two roommates, a man and a woman, were having friends over when Johnson got angry with their friends and forced them to leave.

The couple went to their room, but Johnson suddenly threw open the door and began attacking them.

The man was able to push his wife out of the way and got the brunt of the attack. He got a cut on his face and a puncture wound on his back. Officers say his injuries aren't life threatening.

The couple was able to get out of the home where neighbors helped stop the attack and call police.

Johnson was arrested and booked into jail for two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and causing serious physical injury, disturbing the peace and possession of dangerous drug paraphernalia.
