University of Georgia fans are on pins and needles waiting to find out if they'll be among the lucky ones to receive tickets to next weekend's SEC Championship game. The Bulldogs will face No. 3 Alabama--- assuming they beat Auburn in the Iron Bowl-- at the Georgia Dome, but those who were hoping to see it in person may be out of luck.
Fans are waiting to find out who will get a limited number of tickets that will be handed out by the university. UGA Alumni Relations Executive Director Deborah Dietzler told All News 106.7's Connie Cummings that demand is huge.
Notifications will be sent out to those who are selected on Wednesday. If you don't score a ticket, Dietzler says Facebook and other social media sites are buzzing with people buying and selling tickets. She says there will be tickets available that way because some of those who are selected for tickets from other schools won't be in the stands if their teams aren't playing.
