PHILADELPHIA -

Protesters marched outside of the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts Monday night as actor James Earl Jones was set to be honored inside.

Protesters with the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees Council 33 and 47 held up signs and chanted.

Organizers say they want the city to give them a new contract.

The unions and Mayor Michael Nutter have been at odds for months over a new deal.

The protesters marched as Mayor Nutter was inside the Kimmel Center attending the ceremony.

    At approximately 2:45pm Wednesday afternoon, a bank robbery occurred at the National Penn Bank on E. High Street in Pottstown, PA.Police have captured three of the fours suspects so far.  The search continues

    Thursday weather looks spectacular with mostly sunny skies and low humidity levels. A light jacket may be needed early in the day with lows in the 50s, but under sunny skies temperatures climb into the low 80s.  Along the coast highs top out in the mid 70s.  Winds will be out of the WSW 5-10 mph.  High 83.
