Rockstar and philanthropist Bret Michaels is hosting a concert and charity auction to benefit the Life Rocks Foundation.
Michaels is putting on the first annual Life Rocks Foundation Super Concert and Charity Auction on Dec. 1.
Attendees can bid on unique items like Micheals' hat he wore on "Celebrity Apprentice" or a baseball signed by Darryl Strawberry.
His Life Rocks Foundation supports causes such as children with diabetes, childhood cancer support organizations, wounded warriors and other veterans' organizations and pet charities. After Michaels' previous medical issues, he developed a very strong relationship with the Barrow Neurological Institute.
The Bret Michaels Life Rocks Foundation Hospitality and Music Room was dedicated in October.
The event will mark Michaels' first appearance at the Celebrity Theatre.
Michaels is best known as the Poison front man, Celebrity Apprentice winner, life long Type 1 Diabetic and for his "Rock of Love" series of VH1.
You can watch him on his new show "Rock My RV" on the Travel Channel in spring 2013 or hear his new album "Bret Michaels: Good Songs & Great Friends" in December.
