PHILADELPHIA -

For thousands of passionate Eagles fans, it was a rough Sunday night in South Philadelphia.

The Eagles lost to their division rivals the Dallas Cowboys, they lost their quarterback in the second quarter and they may have just lost the season.

For many fans, if head coach Andy Reid was on the hot seat heading into Sunday's game, that seat is now broiling.

"We need to get rid of Any Reid," one fan told FOX 29's Chris O'Connell after Sunday's loss.

After 14-years in Philadelphia, it's clear for many fans Reid has worn out his welcome.

"We are tired of it, as fans we're tired of it, we're fed up," another fan said.

Forty-one year season ticket holder Ed Ciancarelli of Marco Island, Florida says he goes to every Eagles game, home and away. He tells FOX 29 this season may be the worst so far.

Ciancarelli described Reid as a "cancer of the team."

Other fans tell FOX 29 things have gotten so bad that they're ready to give up their season tickets until the team turns things around.

One fan said the Eagles used to be the best ticket in town, but now it's the worst.
