Vice President Joe Biden To Appear On NBC Sitcom

Posted: Updated:

Two-term vice president isn't the only thing Joe Biden is adding to his resume. How about actor? Or even sex symbol?

Biden is set to appear on NBC's sitcom "Parks and Recreation" as the main character's ultimate crush.

In the show, Leslie Knope, played by Amy Poehler, describes her dream man as having "the brains of George Clooney and the body of Joe Biden."

His appearance on the show had to be kept secret as it would have violated broadcast rules about giving election candidates equal airtime.

The episode will air next Thursday.
