Brussels Sprout Salad Recipe
Sautee a dozen Brussels sprouts in about two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. Add candy pancetta (bacon) with a splash of sherry wine, tablespoon of brown sugar, and a pinch of maple syrup. Add the mix over clean spinach. Then add ¼ cup of cranberries and top with desired amount of goat cheese. Drizzle salad with desired amount of white balsamic dressing.
