Six kids were taken to valley hospitals after crashing their ATVs near Rainbow Valley and Ray Roads on Sunday.
One child was airlifted to a hospital because his arm was nearly ripped off during the accident, officers said.
Another child had severe head trauma and a third may have a broken leg. The other children were taken to a hospital as a precaution.
Police said all of the kids involved were under the age of 18, but were old enough to drive ATVs. None of the kids were wearing helmets.
The kids' conditions haven't been released.
Officers are still investigating the details of how the crash happened.
