A military recruiter at a Tucson high school has been accused of sexual conduct with a 16-year-old girl.
The Pima County Sheriff's Office arrested 29-year-old Matthew Troy Roberts Wednesday afternoon.
He was booked into jail on 5 counts of sexual conduct with a minor.
The investigation began in early October and involves a student at Flowing Wells High School.
Court paperwork shows Roberts became involved with the girl after he gave her a business card and she contacted him with questions about the military.
Their conversations allegedly turned sexual in nature and on two occasions they allegedly went to a park where there was sexual conduct. They also sent each other naked photos, police say.
Roberts was released after an initial court appearance.
