Detroit nixes World Series party at old Tiger Stadium

SOUTHFIELD, Mich. (MyFoxDetroit) -
Fans were planning to watch game three of the World Series on a huge 20-foot screen at old Tiger Stadium. The MLB even gave the go-ahead but then the city of Detroit pulled the plug, saying the coordinating group failed to adhere to proper guidelines.
But when the party was canceled, the friends just moved the party elsewhere - to Imagination Station, on the corner of 14th Street across from the old train depot.
