PHOENIX -
Several people have been injured following the collision of a truck and a Valley Metro bus.
It happened just after 8 p.m. at 7th Ave and Bethany Home in Phoenix.
Police believe the truck ran a red light, causing the collision with the bus.
Both people in the truck, an adult male and a juvenile, were taken to the hospital with serious but non life-threatening injuries.
Two people on the bus needed medical transport, but their injuries were minor.
The intersection is closed while crews clear the scene and police investigate the accident.
