A motorcyclist died after crashing into a car near Deer Valley Road and 23rd Avenue Friday night.
Police said 29-year-old Ciro Ingui was driving a motorcycle down Deer Valley Road when a blue Nissan Maxima failed to yield the right of way and made a left turn in front of him.
Ingui tried to avoid the collision but couldn't help striking the side of the Maxima, police said.
Although Ingui was wearing a helmet, he had a fatal injury and died.
The driver of the Maxima was not injured or impaired.
