Halloween is nearly here and that has a lot of people scaring up their best outdoor decorations.  You don't have to spend big money for a frightful display.

Nothing says welcome this time of year like a spook-tacular front porch.  It's easy to carve some pumpkins, but maybe you want to take it up a notch.  

In this video report, David McKnight with Emerald City Designs shows you how to make your house a standout on the block this Halloween.  

"The idea is to really kind of create some texture and some fun dramatic sort of experience for the kids and the visitors that come to the house," he says.
