PHOENIX -
The Maricopa County's Office of Vital Registration Office located near 16th Street and Osborn Road is closed until further notice because a plumbing issue caused major flooding.
No personal records were affected due to the flooding.
All vital registration services like birth and death certificates and paternities can be found at two satellite locations: 3003 W. Thomas Rd in Phoenix and at 4419 E. Main St, Suite 105 in Mesa.
Certificates can also be ordered online by logging in to www.WeArePublicHealth.org and clicking on Birth and Death Certificates.
