Deputy Tom Paine said a news release early that Cesar Lowe ran away as he was being moved from one facility to another at the Pima County Adult Detention Center on Wednesday evening.
Paine says Lowe was found and captured early Thursday with the help of sheriff's deputies and Tucson police.

The county says Lowe has a criminal record that includes a 2½-year prison sentence for burglary.
