Bobcat on roof locks down Scottsdale school

Thursday morning, an unusual threat caused one Scottsdale school to be locked down as school officials waited for help.

A bobcat on the roof of Cheyenne Traditional School prevented students from leaving the building for nearly an hour.

Eventually the bobcat left school grounds and the lockdown was lifted.

Luckily, no one was injured.

Cheyenne Traditional School is located in north Scottsdale near Thunderbird and Frank Lloyd Wright.
