Woman offers reward in beloved pet's kidnapping

GLENDALE, Ariz. -

A Glendale woman is heartbroken. Her 1-year-old dog was stolen just steps from her front door -- and she asking for your help to bring him home.

"My boyfriend bought him for me. I got him a year ago for my birthday. He's my pride and joy, I took him everywhere with me," says Tammy Mahoney.

Mahoney's cell phone is filled with pictures of her beloved dog Studly, a shih Tzu.

She took him to a neighborhood yard sale Sunday and that's when he went missing.

Mahoney lives in a townhouse. The dog napping happened in the parking lot in front of her home. The dog was running around playing when someone yelled, "They got your dog!"

Mahoney turned her back for just a few minutes to buy a gift at the yard sale.

"3 people grabbed him and then threw him into a burgundy van."

Mahoney put up fliers around her Glendale neighborhood with a picture of Studly.

"Just please bring him back. Nothing will be said or anything, you can just drop him off at my yard and he will come straight to my door. I'm pleading with you please bring my dog back," says Mahoney.

She's not the only one missing Studly. His buddy Chloe misses him too.

Mahoney lives in Glendale near 47th Avenue and Orangewood. That's where her dog went missing.

Mahoney is offering a reward for the dog's return, so if you have any information please call Glendale Police.
