Johnson trial could end quickly

The trial continues for the mother of a missing child and it could be in the jury's hands this week.

Many thought Elizabeth Johnson's trial would last into November, but those estimates are changing.

On the stand Monday were a man and woman who were likely among the last people to see Johnson in Texas.

The first witness called was a Texas babysitter Johnson hired off Craigslist to watch baby Gabriel. She said she babysat the little boy for about 2 and a half hours.

The judge did not allow cameras to film the babysitter's face in court.

The second witness was the manager of a bus depot in Texas. It's the same depot where Johnson bought her bus ticket to Florida.

He testified that Johnson did not have Gabriel with her when she bought that ticket.
