After a mom in Georgia had the police called on her for nursing her baby at an Applebee's, moms are coming to her support.
The Georgia mom, Dawn Holland, formed a Facebook page called A Mother's Right to Choose and asked women to participate in nurse-ins at various Applebee's locations across the country on Saturday.
Valley moms are staging nurse-ins at six Arizona Applebee's locations at 1 p.m. on Saturday to show support for Holland.
After the incident in Georgia, Applebee's issued a statement saying they support mothers breastfeeding in their restaurants and apologized for what happened to Holland.
