Eric George McNeillKLAMATH FALLS, Ore. (AP) - Authorities in Oregon say tips from America's Most Wanted viewers led to the arrest of a man charged with sex crimes in Arizona.
The U.S. Marshals Service says Eric George McNeill was arrested at a campground near Klamath Falls on Wednesday.
Tips from viewers of the Fox television show led authorities to believe McNeill was in southern Oregon, and investigators spotted his car at a roadside campground. He was arrested without incident.
The Yavapai County Attorney's Office charged McNeill in July with 22 counts of committing sex crimes against children. He was jailed in Klamath County, Ore., awaiting extradition to Arizona.
