MOHAVE VALLEY, Ariz. -
Sheriff's deputies arrested a 23-year-old man Tuesday for exposing himself to a 47-year-old female neighbor.
David Ryan Huffman III of Mohave Valley was booked into jail on two counts of indecent exposure. A witness told deputies he walked outside when he heard a disturbance and saw Huffman pulling up his pants in front of the female neighbor.
He allegedly flashed the woman because she denied his request for a cigarette.
Huffman was taken into custody later in the day. He denied exposing himself.
