Inside a Tucson residence on Monday, investigators found 367 marijuana plants inside two rooms, which had been equipped to grow and cultivate marijuana.
71-year-old Richard Allen Weaver and 36-year-old Clinton Andrew Guthrie were arrested.
According to the Pima County Sheriff's Office, Weaver and Guthrie were selling high grade marijuana for $3,500 per pound.
In addition to the plants, investigators seized hydroponic grow equipment, an assault rifle, and two handguns.
Both suspects were booked into the Pima County Adult Detention Center on drug cultivation charges.
The potential street value of the marijuana is estimated to surpass $1.2 million.
