Audience member Sharon asks Dr. Oz if it's true that you can't lose weight when you're in Menopause.

Dr. Oz states that losing weight during Menopause is more difficult. Dr. Oz explains that ovaries stop making estrogen and testosterone during Menopause, and without testosterone your body can't build muscle mass. 

Dr. Oz stresses that women cut-out saturated fats and do physical activity during Menopause to help the weight loss.
