Father could face the death penalty in murder case

A Scottsdale man accused of shooting and killing his own sons will head to court Tuesday.

Andre Leteve pleaded not guilty in 2010 for killing his sons, who were only 1 and 5 years old.

Police say Leteve and his wife were going through a bitter divorce at the time.

Authorities say after shooting his sons, Leteve shot himself and called 911.

This is a capital murder case -- meaning if he's convicted, he could face the death penalty.
