A Colorado man in search of the storied Lost Dutchman gold mine has been missing for weeks.
This weekend, Maricopa County Sheriff's Office deputies and volunteers continued the search for 35-year-old Jesse Capen.
About 100 people, along with dogs and helicopters, were out Saturday. They covered a 10-mile radius near where Capen's Jeep and tent were found on Dec. 20.
There's still no trace of the hiker. His mother said he was obsessed with finding the Lost Dutchman's mine.
Cynthia Capen says he's been in Arizona since before Thanksgiving and fears he may have been bitten by a rattlesnake or attacked by a bear.
