Detectives in Yavapai County need your help in locating a woman, who hasn't been seen or heard from since March.
Police say 64 year-old Kristal Forest was supposed to leave her Camp Verde home back on March 29 and head to Austin, Texas. She was supposed to be in a 1997 red Nissan Pathfinder which was towing a U-haul trailer.
Forest was due to arrive in Austin on April 2nd of this year, but never made it and hasn't been heard from since.
Detectives say all activity on her bank accounts ceased after March 28th.
On April 2nd, the U-haul trailer that Forest rented was turned in after business hours to a storage unit in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Surveillance video from the business shows a person dropping off the trailer, however the belongings inside that trailer are missing. Forest's two dogs are also missing.
Meanwhile, an investigation has revealed that Forest was last seen with a man named Robert Reed around the time she went missing. He also goes by the name, Charles Olson and Chef Charlie.
Detectives were able to locate Reed in August, and he told them he had Forest's vehicle. However, they say his explanations as to his involvement with Kristal and why he has her vehicle were inconsistent.
Police later arrested Roberts on an unrelated case.
But detectives are now looking for anyone who may know where Kristal Forest is. They also want to find out more about Forest's relationship with Robert Reed.
