Total Time: about 1 1/2 hours
4-6 pork chops
2 cups rice - cooked
Onion - sliced
1 can stewed tomatoes
Layer uncooked (4 to 6) pork chops in a 13X9 baking dish.
Add 2 cups cooked rice over pork chop.
Add thinly slice onions over rice (about 6 slices).
Pour in 1 large can of stewed tomatoes with juice.
Bake at 350 degree for about an hour or until pork chops are done.
Servings: depends on how many pork chops you use.
