350 New Speed Cameras in the Works

It's April Fool's Day and there's a story out there that you'll probably hear on the radio or maybe a television station or two will pick it up.  It's about speed cameras and how the valley is about to get a whole lot more of them!

You'll probably hear that the Feds are allocating $275 million in stimulus money for the purchase of 350 new cameras.  Phoenix Mayor Phil Gordon's office got the word earlier this week and construction of the cameras will begin immediately...

It's all a hoax!  The pranksters over at KTAR new talk radio are behind the April Fool's joke, so disregard - NO NEW CAMERAS!
