Predators looking to prey on young children have switched tactics, investigators say. They're looking for single moms, the more damaged the better.

They look for a woman who is emotionally fragile, try to befriend her and earn her trust, and then they prey on her children and her children's friends.

FOX 10's Linda Williams talks to an 18-year-old girl who was raped by the man who was dating her mom, when she was just 7 years old.
