One of the popular diets right now is the HCG diet, but with its popularity, there are imposters.
The HCG diet limits calories to 500 a day, and doesn't require exercise -- but HCG can only be prescribed by a physician. But the internet is making it easy for product imitators.
So a valley doctor is warning dieters to watch what you use to watch your weight.
