We've all heard the old saying,"It's not what you know, it's who you know."

Well, there's a valley woman who might as well have that phrase stamped on her business card. She says you should talk to anyone who is physically within three feet of you -- and she's using the local radio airwaves to help small business owners reach everyone else.
