TUCSON, Ariz. - Fire crews have one wildfire nearly contained and are working to put out a second fire in steep mountains and canyons in southern Arizona.

Coronado National Forest officials say the Bull Fire burning 5 miles west of Nogales is 89 percent contained Tuesday after burning 9,700 acres.

Firefighters are spending the day dousing hot spots close to the edge of the fire line.

Meanwhile, the human-caused Greaterville Fire has burned 2,000 acres. The fire is burning in the Santa Rita Mountains. It's 5 percent contained and is described as active and burning in grass and brush on steep terrain.

Fire bosses are concerned about gusty winds pushing the fire.
