Police Pursuit Ends with Suspect Crashing into Wall

Police arrested a man Thursday night after he led them on a chase, crashed into a wall and ran away from the scene.

The suspect crashed his car into the wall of an apartment near Gilbert and Baseline Road.  It all started when an officer spotted the man trying to break into a business.  The officer went up to the suspect, but the man drove off.  That's when the pursuit began.

Eventually, the suspect hit the wall and ran to a nearby apartment.  After police surrounded the apartment, he finally surrendered.
