PHOENIX - A valley woman gets stuck in an outdoor elevator in triple-digit heat!
The metal elevator had not ventilation and Diane was trapped inside at a parking garage near 7th Avenue and McDowell.
Diane's grandmother tried to pry open the doors to get her some air.
When medics arrived at the scene, they rushed the dehydrated woman to an area hospital.
"I was terrified..I honestly didn't think I was going to make it out of there alive..I was soaking wet." said Diane.
She brought along her newborn baby and luckily, her grandmother was holding the infant outside the elevator's doors.
Building managers don't know why the elevator stopped.
