City of Phoenix Looks for More Areas to Cut Services

    Budget cuts and a lack of cash mean city libraries are closing earlier, two senior centers have been shuttered and city buses are making fewer runs.

    City departments have been ordered to come up with cuts of up to 30 percent by Monday.
