Phoenix McDonalds Serves Free Breakfast on Thanksgiving

A south Phoenix McDonalds served a free breakfast Thursday morning to thousands of families.

McDonald's owner Julian Claudio Nabozny said he expected to prepare and serve more than 5,000 community members.

It's the 16th year Nabozny has opened the doors to his south Phoenix restaurant and welcomed families to indulge in a free McDonalds breakfast and enjoy a morning of fun-filled activities.

The event features live entertainment and giveaways. Breakfast is served from 8:30 a.m. and until 11:30 a.m. at Central and Southern Avenues.
